JASON PATRICK DOW

Jason Dow is the Owner and Principal Consultant of JP Dow Consulting, bringing over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. With a deep expertise in IT Compliance, Computer Systems Validation (CSV), and Data Governance and Integrity, he has a proven track record of driving successful, large-scale initiatives that enhance organizational compliance and operational efficiency.

Throughout his career, Jason has held leadership roles at top-tier companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly and Company, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and most recently as Senior Director of QA IT Quality at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. At Regeneron, he led initiatives focused on Data Integrity, CSV/CSA and IT Quality, ensuring that the organization’s systems met the highest standards of compliance and operational effectiveness.

Jason’s leadership is defined by his innovative approach to solving complex data integrity challenges. He has successfully launched and scaled data governance programs, defined and executed comprehensive remediation plans in response to regulatory findings, and spearheaded investigations into data integrity failures, focusing on root cause analysis and corrective actions. His leadership also extends to fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

His expertise in IT Quality and Compliance has led to the successful implementation of infrastructure qualification programs and the migration from Computer System Validation (CSV) to Computer Software Assurance (CSA), both of which have resulted in significant cost savings and enhanced compliance profiles for global firms. Additionally, Jason has formed and led a Good Manufacturing Practices IT Auditing organization, ensuring comprehensive internal and external audits of technology systems, processes, and vendors.

Jason has frequently engaged with global regulatory agencies during inspections to present on IT Quality, Data Integrity, and CSV topics.

Jason holds a BS in Information Systems from Strayer University and a MS in Computer Information Sciences from Boston University.
